President Petro Poroshenko, Russian President Vladimir Putin, Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel and President of France Francois Hollande have agreed on a complex of measures on the implementation of the Minsk agreements, reads their joint declaration in support of the complex of measures published on the website of the President of Russia.
Besides, the parties agreed to create a control mechanism within the "Normandy format" to hold regular meetings at the level of senior officials representing Foreign Affairs Ministries of the countries.
