(Ukrainian News, Dmytro Perepelytsia, 08/15/2014) Terrorists have banned photo and video filming in Krasnodon, Luhansk region, Andrii Lysenko, the spokesperson for the National Security and Defense Council, said at a news briefing.
All males in the city are forcibly recruiting to the army of self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic, the spokesperson stressed.
