​100 Trucks Carrying Modular Housing For People Displaced From Donbas To Arrive From Germany By November 10

100 trucks carrying modules for construction of transit camps in the Zaporizhia, Dnipropetrovsk, and Kharkiv regions for accommodating people temporarily displaced from the zone of the government's anti-terrorist operations (ATO) will arrive in Ukraine from Germany on November 10, the press service of the State Emergency Situations Service said.

According to the statement, the first five trucks with the housing modules arrived in Kharkiv on October 7.

German engineers and construction contractors will be involved in installation of the housing modules.

These housing units will be connected to electricity, sewage systems, and water supplies.

Children's playgrounds will also be installed.

Construction of the camp in Kharkiv is expected to be completed before the end of December.

As Ukrainian News earlier reported, 112 trucks carrying humanitarian aid from Germany arrived at a logistics center near Kyiv in the early hours of October 8.
