Servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have pulled 10 tanks and three Grad multiple rocket launchers to the border of Crimea (occupied by Russia) and Kherson Region, National Security and Defence Council information centre spokesman Andrii Lysenko has told a news briefing.
"Near Armiansk the Russian military's positions are strengthened by 10 armoured personnel carriers, 10 tanks and three Grad multiple rocket launchers," he said.
In Luhansk Region Russian military from the radioelectronic combat units near Stakhanov and Brianka from time to time jam mobile communication for the repositioning of militants.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, on September 18 the NSDC said that 4,000 Russian servicemen in Crimea had advanced to the administrative border with Kherson Region.
