AFU destroy 920 invaders and 16 artillery systems. General Staff reports losses of russians per day

The Ukrainian defenders eliminated another 920 russian invaders in a day, and thus the total losses of the enemy army in personnel since the beginning of the full-scale invasion amounted to about 455,340 soldiers.

It was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces on April 16.

The total combat losses of the enemy from 02/24/22 to 04/16/24 were approximately:

• personnel - about 455,340 (+ 920) people eliminated;
• tanks - 7,189 (+ 9) units;
• armored fighting vehicles - 13,809 (+ 13) units;
• artillery systems - 11,609 (+ 16) units;
• MLRS - 1,046 units;
• air defense means - 759 (+ 1) units;
• aircraft - 347 units;
• helicopters - 325 units;
• UAVs of operational and tactical level - 9,277 (+ 11) units;
• cruise missiles - 2,092 units;
• ships/boats - 26 units;
• submarines - 1 unit;
• motor vehicles and tank trucks - 15,563 (+ 53) units;
• special equipment - 1,908.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, over the past day, the Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated 770 more russian occupiers, and thus the total losses of the enemy army in personnel since the beginning of the large-scale invasion amounted to about 454,420 soldiers.
