Russian army lost almost 1,000 soldiers per day. General Staff updates data
The losses of the aggressor country of Russia in the war in Ukraine on the morning of Wednesday, June 28, made 930 of the invaders, the total number of losses of the Russian army since the beginning of the invasion is 227,100 of the military. Besides, the Armed Forces destroyed 13 AFVs and 6 artillery systems.
It was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The total combat losses of the enemy from February 24, 2022 to June 28, 2023 were approximately:
- personnel ‒ about 227,100 (+ 930) people eliminated,
- tanks ‒ 4,036 units,
- armored fighting vehicles - 7,847 (+ 13) units,
- artillery systems - 4,089 (+ 6) units,
- MLRS - 627 (+ 1) units,
- air defense equipment - 387 (+ 1) units,
- aircraft - 314 units,
- helicopters - 308 units,
- operational-tactical level UAVs - 3,499 (+ 7),
- cruise missiles - 1,261 units,
- ships/boats - 18 units,
- vehicles and tank trucks - 6,774 (+ 2) units,
- special equipment - 563.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Russian losses in the war in Ukraine on Tuesday morning, June 27, amounted to 590 occupiers killed, the total number of losses of the Russian army since the beginning of the invasion made 226,170 servicemen. Besides, the Armed Forces destroyed 14 AFVs and 28 artillery systems.
