Russian Military Units Start Suffering Financial Problems - Intelligence

The Main Intelligence Department of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine states that Russian military units are starting to have problems with the financing payments to their military for participation in the war against Ukraine.

The Department has written this on Telegram, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Ukrainian intelligence is registering an increase in the number of refusals by the Russian military from further participation in the war against Ukraine.
