France Freezes 22 Billion In Assets Of Russia's Central Bank - Foreign Ministry

France has frozen 22 billion in assets of the Central Bank of Russia.

The Foreign Affairs Ministry has written this on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

According to the report, of those assets - 150 million is in private accounts, real estate in France in the amount of EUR 539 million and two yachts worth EUR 150 million.

As Ukrainian News Agency reported, earlier, the United States banned its citizens from carrying out transactions with the Central Bank of Russia, the National Welfare Fund of Russia and the Russian Ministry of Finance.
