This is indicated in the statement of the Kyiv City State Administration with reference to the words of the mayor of Kyiv Vitali Klitschko, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
The Mayor of Kyiv noted that Russian troops continue to shell the city because of the failure of the plan to quickly capture the capital.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, a curfew in Kyiv and the region was introduced from 08:00 p.m. on Monday, March 21, until 07:00 a.m. on March 23, it is possible to go out during the air alert period to go to shelter.
An enhanced curfew was introduced due to the high likelihood of new shelling and the intensification of sabotage and reconnaissance groups.
On March 20, the Kyiv City State Administration reported that the number of wounded in Kyiv had increased by 10 people to 922 since the start of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, while the number of killed remained at 228.
