Population's Debt For Housing And Utility Services Up 21% To UAH 43.4 Billion In November

In November, the population's debt for housing and utility services increased by 21% or UAH 7,516.7 million month over month to UAH 43,375.5 million.

The State Statistics Service announced this in a statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

The debt for apartment rent decreased by UAH 26.4 million to amount to UAH 4,021.1 million as of December 1, 2018.

Heating and hot-water supply debt increased by UAH 3,429.9 million to amount to UAH 13,600.9 million.

The debt for gas supplies increased by UAH 4,121.3 million to UAH 22,129.9 million.

In November, the largest heating and hot-water supply debts were registered in Kyiv city (UAH 3,057.663 million), Kharkiv region (UAH 2,317.674 million) and Dnipropetrovsk region (UAH 1,918.012 million).

The largest gas supply debts in November were registered in Kharkiv region (UAH 2,503.104 million), Dnipropetrovsk region (UAH 2,465.145 million) and Odesa region (UAH 2,092.471 million).

The largest apartment rent debts in November were recorded in Kyiv city (UAH 795.340 million), Dnipropetrovsk region (UAH 831.312 million) and Donetsk region (UAH 373.310 million).
