US To Start Supplies Of Javelin Missile Complexes To Ukraine In March

The United States intends to start supplying US-made Javelin antitank missile complexes to Ukraine in March.

President Petro Poroshenko has said this at a press-conference, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

According to the President, it will be just the first stage of US-made armament supplies to Ukraine.

He added, there will be several batches of armament supplies, including anti-sniper complexes.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Chief of Staff Viktor Muzhenko ordered to start preparations to field Javelin antitank missile systems provided to Ukraine for defense by the United States.
