Constitutional Court Declares Taxation Of Pensions Unconstitutional

The Constitutional Court of Ukraine has declared taxation of pensions unconstitutional.

Press-service of the Court has said this in a statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

The ruling of the Constitutional Court is binding, final and it can not be appealed.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in June, President Petro Poroshenko urged the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to raise pensions and cancel their taxation in fall.
