NACP Discovers Breach In E-Declaration By Omelian For 2016

The National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) has discovered a breach in an electronic declaration filed by Minister of Infrastructure Volodymyr Omelian for 2016.

This is said in the results of the full check of the declaration by Omelian provided to the Ukrainian News on request.

According to the report, Omelian failed to mention co-owners to his apartment with the area of 82.5 sq.m.

There were no other breaches or conflict of interest found.

Omelian will have to re-submit the corrected declaration.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Omelian declared EUR 25,000 and USD 90,000 in cash, while his spouse declared USD 70,000 in cash for 2016.
