Putin Accusing Ukraine Of Protracting Exchange Of Detained Persons

Russian President Vladimir Putin accuses Ukraine of protracting the process of exchange of detained persons and supports conducting of such an exchange before New Year's Day and Christmas holidays.

He said this at a press conference, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, previously the Trilateral Contact Group (Ukraine - Russia - OSCE) on the implementation of the peace plan in the East of Ukraine confirmed its readiness to soon agree the procedure and the date for exchange of the detained persons before New Year's Day and Christmas holidays.
