Nika-Tera Seaport Commences Transshipment Of Vegetable Oil

The Nika-Tera Commercial Sea Port (Mykolayiv), part of the OSTCHEM holding company (incorporating companies of the Group DF engaged in nitrogen production), has commenced transshipment of vegetable oil.

The press service of Group DF announced this in a statement, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in the first six months of 2017, the Nika-Tera seaport increased cargo handling by 53% year over year to 2.2 million tons.

In 2016, the Nika-Tera marine terminal processed 4.022 million tons of cargo.

The Nika-Tera terminal has three specialized complexes and specializes in transshipment of cereals, mineral fertilizers, and other bulk cargo.

The sea terminal is located 63 kilometers from the sea on the left bank of the Bug Lyman. It has seven berths with a length of about 1,500 meters.
