SACPO To Seek Arrest Of All Property Of Ex-MP Martynenko

The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SACPO) intends to initiate arrest of all property of former MP Mykola Martynenko.

Roman Symkiv, a prosecutor of the SACPO, announced this to the press, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

"The article envisages confiscation of property. Thus, our duty is to arrest all property to be found," he said.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on May 3, the Kyiv Appeal Court postponed to May 12 consideration of a complaint against the ruling of the Kyiv Solomianskyi District Court, which refused to arrest former MP Mykola Martynenko.
