2,197 Troopers Killed, 8,000 Wounded In ATO To Date

As of February 17, 2,197 Ukrainian servicemen have been killed and 8,000 wounded in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO).

Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces Viktor Muzhenko announced this at a press briefing, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

Between February 9 and 15, militants' combat activity subsided, he stressed.
