SBU Serves Col Bezyazykov Notice Of Suspicion Of High Treason

The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has served Armed Forces Col Ivan Bezyazykov, released from militants' captivity in July, a notice of suspicion of high treason.

Ukrainian News Agency learned this from a statement made by the SBU press service.

The Security Service has obtained irrefutable evidence of Bezyazykov's collaboration with the militants' reconnaissance.

The colonel is charged under part 1 of article 111 of the Penal Code (High treason).

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Security Service officers detained Bezyazykovon suspicion of spying.
