Drones attack Moscow and oil depot in russia: fire broke out after strike

On the night of July 13, drones attacked several regions of russia. Moscow and the Stavropol Krai were hit, where a fire broke out at an oil depot after the attack.

This was reported by Moscow mayor Sergey Sobyanin, Stavropol Krai governor Vladimir Vladimirov, as well as the ASTRA and Exilenova+ projects.

According to Sobyanin, the russian air defense was working on drones heading towards Moscow. As of 03:19 am, he reported three drones shot down, and in total, according to him, 11 drones were destroyed on the approach to the russian capital since the beginning of the day.

Due to the attack, Moscow's Domodedovo Airport switched to servicing flights by agreement, and flight restrictions were temporarily introduced at Zhukovsky Airport.

In addition, drones attacked the Stavropol Krai. The governor of the region reported a fire on the territory of an industrial zone in the Vyazniki area.

Later, the ASTRA OSINT project established that the fire occurred precisely at an oil depot located in this settlement.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, an oil refinery in Saratov caught fire after a nighttime drone attack: there are also reports of a strike on a military airfield.
