As a reminder, russia attacked Kyiv with ballistic missiles on the night of July 11. The strike caused fires in several districts of the capital and damaged residential and non-residential buildings, a railway locomotive, and energy infrastructure facilities.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized that the strikes on civilian infrastructure occurred even before the air raid alert was issued.
