Armed Forces of Ukraine shoot down russian plane

The Armed Forces of Ukraine have destroyed an aircraft belonging to russia, the aggressor nation. The Air Forces of Ukraine reported this on its Telegram channel on Wednesday, July 8.

“Good news from the Air Forces: Today we took down another Russian aerial terrorist! Glory to Ukraine! More to come!” the message reads.

According to preliminary data, the aircraft in question may be a Su-34—a fighter-bomber that the russians use, in particular, to attack Ukrainian cities with guided bombs.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the Omsk Oil Refinery in russia suspended operations following an attack by Ukrainian drones.
