Death toll in Kyiv Region rises to 9 — man who suffered severe injuries dies in hospital

A man who sustained severe injuries during an enemy nighttime shelling of the Kyiv Region on July 6 has died in the hospital. This brings the death toll in the region to 9. Mykola Kalashnyk, the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, reported this on his Telegram channel.

He noted that doctors fought to save the man’s life until the very end.

“My sincere condolences to the family and loved ones of the deceased. Russia is taking the lives of innocent people every day. For every life lost, for every life destroyed, the enemy will undoubtedly be held accountable. May all those innocently killed rest in eternal peace,” Kalashnyk added. 

As a reminder, on July 6, explosive devices detonated in the town of Vyshneve following a massive enemy attack.

Meanwhile, Zelenskyy instructed the SSU and intelligence agencies to investigate what happened in Vyshneve.
