Zelenskyy instructs Budanov to prepare President's address to Rada by December

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has instructed the Head of the Office of the President, Kyrylo Budanov, to prepare the President’s address to the Verkhovna Rada on Ukraine’s domestic and foreign situation by December 1. This is stated in Order No. 75 dated June 25, according to the Ukrainian News agency.

To ensure the preparation of the draft of the President’s annual address to the Verkhovna Rada on Ukraine’s domestic and foreign situation, Zelenskyy established a working group headed by Budanov.

The director of the National Institute for Strategic Studies and a deputy head of the working group, Oleksandr Bohomolov, has been tasked with providing methodological and scientific support for the preparation of the draft address.

The group has been tasked with preparing and submitting the draft address for consideration by December 1, 2026.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, in January, Zelenskyy appointed Kyrylo Budanov, the chief of the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, as the Head of the Office of the President.
