As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, five NATO member states, including the United Kingdom and France, blocked an initiative to increase military aid to Ukraine.

Earlier, Rutte called on NATO countries to increase aid to Ukraine: we are talking about tens of billions of dollars.
