Russian army attacks infrastructure facility in Odesa with ballistic missiles in evening, 1 person killed and 3 injured
The russian army attacked Odesa, resulting in a direct hit on an infrastructure facility and damage to residential buildings. Serhii Lysak, the head of the Odesa City Military Administration, has reported this on Telegram.
The enemy strike damaged an infrastructure facility in one of the city’s districts. The blast wave also shattered windows at a nearby educational institution and surrounding residential buildings. Currently, specialists from the district administration are surveying the area and assessing the extent of the damage.
At this time, three local residents are known to have been injured. One of the injured is in serious condition. Medical personnel are providing all victims with the necessary emergency care.
Rescue workers and all relevant services continue to work at the site of the shelling to address the consequences of the enemy attack. Information regarding the damage and casualties is being updated.
As the Ukrainian News agency previously reported, earlier in Odesa, a high-rise building, a park, and an infrastructure facility were damaged due to an attack by the russian federation.
Also earlier, an energy facility was attacked in the Odesa Region, leaving more than 30 settlements without power.
