"Know Your Ukraine" and Ministry of Youth and Sports Launch Educational Initiative Across the Country, - Gnat Korobko
The "Know Your Ukraine" educational project, in collaboration with artists from the Pictoric collective and supported by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, has launched an educational initiative for youth centers across the country. As part of the project, these centers will receive a series of posters dedicated to Ukrainian military traditions, announced philanthropist and project co-creator Gnat Korobko.
"The 'Know Your Ukraine' team, together with Pictoric artists, has created 10 posters illustrating Ukrainian folk proverbs and sayings related to the Cossack era, courage, and military valor. The poster series, titled 'Whose Courage, Their Advantage' (Chya Vidvaha, Toho I Perevaha), will adorn the spaces of more than 20 youth centers under the Ministry of Youth and Sports throughout Ukraine," – said Gnat Korobko.
According to Korobko, youth centers will be able to use the posters as a full-scale exhibition or as individual elements during educational, cultural, and awareness-raising events.
"This exhibition is about the values that have shaped Ukrainians for generations: courage, dignity, fortitude, responsibility, and love for one's land. Today, such meanings are especially vital for young people, as they help maintain a connection with their own culture, history, and national identity," – noted Gnat Korobko.
"Know Your Ukraine" is an educational project focused on traditional Ukrainian culture. In partnership with cultural institutions, it develops online courses and practical materials for schools, educators, and the general public. The project's educational courses dedicated to the Intercession (Pokrova) and Christmas holidays have already been completed by over 18,000 participants.
