NABU and SAPO announce fake regarding "arrest" of Olena Zelenska
The National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) and Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) have denied information spread by russian and pro-russian media about the alleged preparation of the arrest of the First Lady Olena Zelenska.
This was reported by the NABU and the SAPO.
According to the agencies, the information about the alleged investigation into the wife of the President of Ukraine Olena Zelenska is not true.
The NABU stated that such reports are part of a disinformation campaign by the aggressor state. The bureau noted that its goal is to discredit Ukrainian institutions, undermine trust in anti-corruption bodies, destabilize the socio-political situation and weaken the unity of Ukraine in the conditions of a full-scale war.
The NABU and SAPO also called on citizens and media representatives to check sources of information, verify data and not spread disinformation materials.
Recall that fake information is being spread online about an alleged outbreak of foot-and-mouth disease in the Zhytomyr Region on the basis of the Rykhalske State Enterprise.
