NBU fines NovaPay for UAH 8 million

The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has applied measures of influence to NovaPay LLC (EDRPOU 38324133, Nova Poshta Group) for violating the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine regulating activities in the payment market and legislation on consumer protection.

This is stated in the NBU's message, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

The Inspection Department of the National Bank conducted a scheduled inspection of NovaPay LLC in September-November 2025. Its results revealed violations of the requirements of the legislation regulating activities in the payment market and legislation on consumer protection.

The NBU imposed two fines on the company – UAH 4,882,959.19 and UAH 3,116,100.00.

NovaPay LLC is obliged to pay the above-mentioned fines within 14 calendar days from the date of notification of the relevant decisions.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, NovaPay is included in the list of important payment infrastructure facilities in Ukraine.
