Russia hits emergency services with ballistic missiles immediately after first missile strike

"One of the law enforcement officers sustained a shrapnel wound to his leg as a result of a ballistic missile attack. His comrades tourniqueted the wounded man and, since the police car was damaged, the police asked a passerby for help, who took the wounded policeman to the hospital in his own car. He is currently in the hospital after a complex operation," the police said.
Two other law enforcement officers were hospitalized with contusions.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on April 16, russia attacked Kyiv with ballistic missiles and drones, there are killed and injured in 5 districts of the capital.
