On the night of April 11, russian occupation forces attacked Odesa, as a result of hitting a residential sector, two people were killed, there are victims, dozens of houses, a hotel and a kindergarten were damaged.

The head of the Odesa City Military Administration, Serhii Lysak, reported on the consequences of the air raid.

"Another night under the enemy's attack brought tragic consequences to Odesa. As a result of hitting a residential sector, two people were killed. My sincere condolences to their relatives and friends. Two more victims are currently in the hospital, where they are being provided with all necessary assistance," the official stated.

Lysak noted that significant damage was caused to civilian infrastructure: dozens of private and apartment buildings, a hostel, as well as a kindergarten building. Windows were broken in the houses, roofs and facades were damaged. In addition, food establishments were damaged.

"Infrastructure facilities were also hit. Since night, utility services have been working at all locations. Specialists are closing damaged windows, patching roofs and clearing the areas of debris and remains. A mobile operational headquarters has been deployed..." Serhii Lysak reported.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, 17 people were injured as a result of russian shelling of residential high-rise buildings in Sumy, including a child.
