The oil refinery Yaroslavnefteorgsintez, also known as Slavneft-YANOS, was hit. It is located in the russian city of Yaroslavl. In particular, the damage to this facility is evidenced by videos and reports from local residents. According to them, the fire at the plant is quite severe.

Slavneft-Yanos refinery is one of the largest enterprises in russia in its industry, ranking fourth in terms of oil refining.
