The Federal Supreme Court of Switzerland has completely rejected the application of the russian company Gazprom to annul the arbitration award of June 16, 2025, according to which the russians must pay the Naftogaz of Ukraine national joint stock company more than USD 1.4 billion in debt for services for organizing the transportation of natural gas, plus interest.

This is announced in a statement by the Naftogaz group, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

The court also ordered the russian company to pay legal costs in the amount of CHF 200,000 and compensate Naftogaz for CHF 250,000 for the costs incurred in the proceedings before the Federal Supreme Court.
