Ukrtelecom increases revenues by almost 7% to UAH 5.2 billion in 2025

In 2025, Ukrtelecom increased its total revenues by almost 7% to UAH 5.2 billion compared to 2024.

The company has said this in a statement, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

The report says that EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, amortization and dividends) increased by 31% year-on-year and exceeded UAH 1.2 billion.

The EBITDA margin increased by 4.3 percentage points to 24%, which demonstrates the improvement of the business's operational efficiency even in the context of a full-scale war.

Capital investments amounted to about UAH 500 million and were primarily focused on the development of optical infrastructure and energy resilience of the network.

In 2025, Ukrtelecom paid almost UAH 1.6 billion in taxes and fees to the budgets of all levels.

The company continues systematic modernization and development of its GPON-based network with unified technical standards and centralized monitoring.

In 2025, 4,500 thousand km of fiber-optic cable was laid, and the total length of the company's optical network reached almost 93,000 km.

From January 1, 2026, Ukrtelecom has set a new speed standard for households connected to the GPON network across the country - up to 1 Gbps.

As of the end of 2025, the share of optical Internet users exceeded 80% of the total subscriber base of the Company's Internet users

In 2025, the company's revenue from providing optical Internet services increased by 12%.

Ukrtelecom's optical coverage covers 3.4 million Ukrainian households as of the end of 2025. The company's modern optical services are used by 1,388 medical and 1,926 educational institutions.

In 2025, commercial lease revenue exceeded UAH 550 million (excluding reimbursement of electricity, heating, and utilities), and the leased area amounted to almost 590,000 square meters at the end of the year.

In 2025, TriMob, a mobile operator whose sole founder is Ukrtelecom, launched LTE/4G mobile services.

In 2025, Ukrtelecom became the first Ukrainian company to become a member of Connect Europe, which brings together leading European operators.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, in January-June 2025 Ukrtelecom increased its total revenues by 7.4% to UAH 2.47 billion compared to the same period last year.
