Occupants advance near Pokrovsk and in area of Huliaipole. DeepState updates map
Ukrainian analytical project DeepState claims that the army of the aggressor country russia has managed to advance in two frontline areas in the Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia Regions
This is evidenced by the latest update of the DeepState interactive map on Thursday, March 5.
In the Pokrovsk sector, the occupiers' army expanded its control zone in the central part of Hryshyne. It is located a few kilometers northwest of Pokrovsk.
In the Zaporizhzhia Region, russian troops advanced in the western part of Huliaipole.
At the time of publication of the news, the Ukrainian Defense Forces neither confirmed nor denied this information.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on March 3, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in an interview with Corriere della Sera that Ukraine's withdrawal from the Donbas would open up free passage to the center of the country for russians.
As a reminder, on March 2, it became known that during the offensive in the Oleksandrivka sector, the Ukrainian Defense Forces have already liberated nine settlements.
We also wrote that in the winter, the russian army lost 90,000 soldiers in Ukraine. This is more than russia has managed to recruit into the army.
