Retail prices at Ukrainian gas stations continue to rise

On Thursday, March 5, retail prices at Ukrainian gas stations continue to rise.

This is stated in a publication by minfin.com.ua, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

The report states that A-95 gasoline (premium) – UAH 72.3 per liter (increased by 63 kopecks); A-95 gasoline – UAH 68.28 per liter (increased by UAH 1.08); A-92 gasoline – UAH 65.51 per liter (increased by UAH 1.73); diesel fuel – UAH 68.95 per liter (increased by UAH 1.55).

The average price of autogas is UAH 40.23 per liter, which is 26 kopecks more expensive compared to the previous day.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in early March, the retail fuel market was hit by another wave of price increases.

On March 4, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine sent market participants a request to provide information necessary to establish the reasons for the increase in fuel prices and in gas station networks in our country.

Director of the A-95 Consulting Group Serhii Kuyun believes that there is more than enough gasoline in Ukraine and there is no reason for panic and price increases.
