Two more Kherson residents killed by russian shelling

An 85-year-old woman and a 63-year-old man died in hospital after being seriously wounded during the shelling of the Korabelnyi District of Kherson.

The Kherson Regional State Administration has reported this.

Earlier, the head of the Kherson Regional State Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, said that on March 1, two elderly women died on the spot during the shelling, being near the entrance to their house.

Two more people - an 85-year-old woman and a 63-year-old man - were taken to hospital with serious injuries. They suffered multiple shrapnel wounds to the head and torso. Both patients later died from their injuries.

On February 24, seven municipal workers were injured in the center of Kherson while collecting garbage because of the detonation of explosives.

Meanwhile, due to the systematic shelling by russian troops and the growing threat to civilians, the Kherson City Military Administration has decided to significantly expand the list of areas where evacuation of families with children is mandatory.
