USF operators hit russian Pantsir-S1 air defense complex in occupied Mariupol. Video of strike published
On the night of today, February 27, servicemen of the Unmanned Systems Forces (USF) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine hit the Pantsir-S1 air defense complex of the army of the aggressor country, the russian federation. Its estimated cost is USD 13-15 million.
The russian air defense complex was "caught" by UAV operators from the 413th separate USF regiment "Reid", the USF reported.
The Pantsir-S1 anti-aircraft missile and gun complex was located on the territory of the Azovstal metallurgical plant in occupied Mariupol.
The video published by the USF shows that the russians have placed the air defense complex on a hill. Before the strike, the Ukrainian UAV camera recorded russian soldiers hastily fleeing from the vehicle. The strike hit the module containing weapons and radar equipment.
Recall that earlier today, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that at night the Ukrainian military hit an oil depot in occupied Luhansk and three russian fuel and lubricants warehouses. One of them was attacked near Mariupol.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on the night of February 24-25, Ukrainian UAVs "visited" occupied Crimea. Not far from the Hvardiyske airbase, they hit a russian Pantsir-S1 and a launcher of the S-400 anti-aircraft missile system.
We also wrote that the day before, OSINT analysts published a satellite image of the Dorogobuzh enterprise, one of the largest producers of ammonia and nitrate in the russian federation. The image shows extensive destruction after the attack by Ukrainian UAVs.
