Ukraine among top five targets of cyberattacks in the world: Google notes state's digital resilience - Ministry of Digital Transformation
At the Munich Security Conference, Google presented Ukraine's experience in digital resilience: state services operate on secure cloud technologies and national AI models that guarantee data security and privacy.
This was reported by the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
As noted by the department, Ukraine is among the top five targets in the world most often targeted by cyber threats.
At the Munich Security Conference, Google presented a study on the digital resilience of governments, noting the Ukrainian experience. It highlighted three main technological solutions that ensure the smooth operation and security of Ukrainian digital state services:
- AI assistant Diia.AI is the first national AI agent providing state services. It operates on the Gemini model, which is certified according to the highest security standards. The main thing is complete privacy: the model only processes requests, but does not store your data and does not use it for further training.
- We are building a national large language model based on Gemma. Thanks to the openness of the Gemma model, Ukraine will be able to deploy the model on its own sovereign infrastructure, while maintaining full control over the data.
- Cloud technologies. By switching from local services in Ukraine to cloud solutions from Google, we have protected state data from russian missile and cyberattacks that targeted physical infrastructure. The cloud creates conditions where the system automatically checks each input and device. This creates a level of security unattainable for outdated local systems.
"Our experience in digitalization is becoming an example for the democratic world, including NATO countries," the Ministry of Digital Екфтіащкьфешщт emphasized.
