"On the spot, we saw the main thing: heat supply in Troieschyna has been restored. This is the result of the round-the-clock work of emergency crews - a total of 840 employees in 176 crews, including 83 crews (345 people), additionally involved from other regions, Kyiv enterprises and Ukrzaliznytsia," Shkrum said.

According to her, buildings need time to warm up even after the heat supply is restored, which sometimes takes several days. At the same time, crews are defrosting individual risers and eliminating 287 emergency situations in residential buildings and public sector facilities. As of the morning of February 8, a total of 1,126 houses in the Darnytskyi and Dniprovskyi Districts remained without heating.
