Redirection is carried out taking into account the security situation and the capacity of the road network.

"In parallel, coordination with the Republic of Moldova continues. We are working on transit routes and alternative routes to ensure the operation of logistics in the south of Ukraine," Kuleba added.

The Minister emphasized that since the beginning of autumn, russia has been systematically using the same tactics - strikes with shaheds and ballistic missiles on the logistics routes of the frontline regions to put pressure on the civilian population, complicate movement, disrupt supplies and work of the territories where people live and work near the front.

"We are working to restore and protect our logistics. The work on organizing alternative routes continues," he summarized.

On December 18, the russian occupiers struck a car moving across a bridge in the Odesa District with a drone. Inside the car was a woman with three children - the mother was killed, the children were injured and suffered acute stress reaction. Authorities urged people to refrain from driving towards the bridge in the area of the Dniester estuary near the village of Maiaky, as the enemy has attacked the area three times.

Later, as a result of the enemy air strike in the Odesa Region, restrictions were imposed on the entrances to the checkpoints on the border with Moldova. Traffic on the Odesa-Reni highway was completely suspended, drivers were asked to take this information into account when planning their routes.
