Hackers hack database of unified register of military registration of russia
An anonymous hacker group has hacked into the servers of Mikord, a key developer of the unified military registration system of the aggressor country russia. The Meduza resource reported this on Thursday, December 11, with reference to the head of the Go By The Forest human rights project, Hryhorii Sverdlin.
According to Sverdlin, the hackers contacted him and handed over a large amount of materials on the unified registry, including technical and financial documentation, as well as source code.
"Thanks to the hacking, destruction of data and the entire infrastructure, the development of the Register has been disrupted for at least several months," Sverdlin said.
The publication writes that the website of the Mikord company is currently unavailable, it is undergoing technical work. Soon, the journalists promised to publish an investigation into the work of the registry, and then put all the documents of Mikord in the public domain.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on the night of December 6, specialists from the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine together with the BO Team conducted a cyberattack on the information and communication infrastructure of a leading russian logistics company.
