Tesla cyborg Optimus made strange gesture and fell during presentation, exposing deception
A new video from the Tesla presentation in Miami has appeared on the network, in which the humanoid robot Optimus unsuccessfully falls during the demonstration. Before that, the machine, which was positioned as fully autonomous, made a strange hand gesture, similar to how the operator removes the VR headset. After that, Tesla was suspected of deception.
This is reported by the scientific website Electrek, which specializes in electric cars, green energy and environmental technologies.
The event where the incident occurred was dedicated to Tesla's autonomous technologies. Elon Musk's company insists that its robots will replace people in an increasing number of tasks thanks to artificial intelligence. As a demonstration during the Autonomy Visualized event at the Tesla store in Miami, Optimus was supposed to distribute water.
At some point, the robot makes a sharp movement of its arms, drops bottles and falls back. Before falling, Optimus makes a characteristic movement - he raises his hands to his "face", as if removing VR glasses, which he does not have. This movement resembles the one when the operator abruptly removes the VR headset.

There is also footage in the public domain where Tesla trains Optimus precisely through VR systems. After that, Elon Musk insisted several times that his robots are autonomous and will supposedly soon work on a large scale.
Recall that a team from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) has developed a digital model of the US labor market, which allows predicting the impact of artificial intelligence on employment. It turned out that artificial intelligence will be able to replace 11% of workers.
