"Cheboksary, Chuvashia. Two explosions at 05:32 am and 05:34 am. Hit at the Energozapchast plant, which produces generators and electrical equipment. It is part of the russian military-industrial complex," the report says.
The head of the region, Oleg Nikolayev, confirmed information about the incident, noting that there were casualties and damage to residential buildings. In connection with the incident, traffic was blocked on several streets in the city.
"Dear residents of the republic! This morning, an attack by enemy UAVs was once again recorded in the republic. Unfortunately, there are casualties, damage to residential buildings."
