The head of the region, Oleg Nikolayev, confirmed information about the incident, noting that there were casualties and damage to residential buildings. In connection with the incident, traffic was blocked on several streets in the city.

"Dear residents of the republic! This morning, an attack by enemy UAVs was once again recorded in the republic. Unfortunately, there are casualties, damage to residential buildings." On the night of November 20, units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine inflicted a second fire damage on the Ryazan Oil Refinery in the Ryazan Oblast of the aggressor country of the russian federation.
