In the cities of Kremenchuk and Horishni Plavni (Poltava Region), the situation with electricity supply remains difficult and affects the stability of heat and water supply. Some facilities are powered by generators. The Chairman on the Regional State Administration, Volodymyr Kohut, has reported this on his Telegram channel.

Last night, the russian federation targeted the energy infrastructure of the Kremenchuk District. The strikes caused significant damage. Repair work began immediately after the attack and is ongoing.

"We held an urgent meeting of the Commission on Technogenic and Environmental Safety and Emergencies to coordinate the actions of all services. In order not to create additional risks for the grids at the time of power supply, we ask you to temporarily refrain from using electric heaters and other powerful appliances immediately after the power goes back on. Excessive load can cause additional accidents and complicate the work of specialists," Kohut wrote.

He noted that there are also invincibility points for heating, charging devices and access to communication.
