On the night of December 6, residents of Ryazan and the region reported explosions. The governor of the region said that the attack caused fires, and there were no casualties.

One of the moments of the attack was caught on eyewitness video. According to ASTRA's analysis, the Ryazan oil refinery was hit. The distance from the shooting location to the fire center is 500 to 800 meters. The map shows the probable area of the fire in red.
