In November, trading volume on PFTS down 8% to UAH 77 billion

In November 2025, the total trading volume on the PFTS amounted to UAH 77.4 billion (92% of the previous month's level) or 80% of the total trading volume of securities trading organizers in Ukraine.

This is stated in the exchange's message, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

In January-November 2025, the total trading volume on the PFTS amounted to UAH 795 billion hryvnias (174% of the level of the same period in 2024) or 80.3% of the total trading volume of securities trading organizers in Ukraine.

In the trading structure for November, the share of Ukrainian government bonds was 63.8% (UAH 49.4 billion or 75% of the previous month's level), currency swaps - 33.1% (UAH 25.6 billion or 177% of the previous month's level), foreign bonds - 2.3% (UAH 1.7 billion or 42% of the previous month's level), corporate bonds of Ukrainian issuers - 0.6% (UAH 0.43 billion or 174% of the previous month's level), CII securities - 0.3% (UAH 0.24 billion or 142% of the previous month's level), shares of foreign issuers - 0.03% (UAH 19.9 million or 2838% of the previous month's level) and shares of Ukrainian issuers - 0.0001% (UAH 0.1 million or 23% of the previous month's level).

In November, 7.3% of transactions were concluded on the "order market", 85.4% of transactions on the "quotation market" (including address transactions), 4.6% of transactions in the REPO and REPO "with risk control" modes, 2.7% of transactions in the SWAP "with risk control" mode, and 0.1% of transactions at unilateral auctions, where the initial placement of corporate bonds took place last month.

In November 2025, 43 trading participants concluded transactions with 88 securities issues (51 government bonds, 8 state-owned bonds, 8 corporate bonds of Ukrainian issuers, 7 shares of foreign issuers, 7 CII securities, 4 bonds of foreign countries, 2 currency swaps, and 1 share of Ukrainian issuers).

In January-November 2025, 54 trading participants concluded transactions with 209 issues of securities.

Domestic government bonds - 85, external government bonds - 9, foreign bonds - 36, shares of foreign issuers - 31, corporate bonds of Ukrainian issuers - 22, shares of Ukrainian issuers - 12, CII securities - 9, bonds of foreign issuers - 3 and currency swaps - 2.

From June 17, 2024, trading in currency swaps began in the PFTS trading system.

In November 2025, transactions were concluded with currency swaps "US dollar - Ukrainian hryvnia" (ticker: USDUAH) and "euro - Ukrainian hryvnia" (ticker: EURUAH).

The total trading volume of these swaps amounted to UAH 25.6 billion (33.1% of the total trading volume or 177% of the previous month's level).

Among the 52 issues of government bonds with which transactions were concluded in November, 1 issue matured in 2025 (UAH 13.8 million), 16 issues matured in 2026 (UAH 12.7 billion), 22 issues matured in 2027 (UAH 21.7 billion), 8 issues matured in 2028 (UAH 12.4 billion) and 4 issues matured in 2029 (UAH 0.7 billion).

From July 26, 2022, trading in domestic government bonds of Ukraine denominated in foreign currency, in the currency of par value, began on the PFTS.

In November 2025, the volume of exchange contracts with government bonds executed in the currency of par value amounted to USD 63.5 million and EUR 1.2 million (3.5% of the total trading volume).

As of December 1, 2025, the number of members of JSC "PFTS Stock Exchange" admitted to trading was 55: 29 banks and 26 financial companies.

A new participant in PFTS trading in November was LLC "K2 INVEST" (EDRPOU - 33884580, participant code in the PFTS trading system - K2INV).

As of December 1, 2025, 394 issues of financial instruments were admitted to trading on JSC "PFTS Stock Exchange", of which 110 issues of securities were in the Exchange Register.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in October 2025, the total trading volume on the PFTS amounted to UAH 84.6 billion (110% of the previous month's level) or 78% of the total trading volume of securities trading organizers in Ukraine.

The PFTS index has been the official index of Ukraine in S&P Emerging Markets since 1997.
