President agrees on composition of negotiators from Ukraine on "peace plan": consultations will begin soon

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has approved the composition of the delegation for consultations with international partners on ending the war.

The President's Office has reported this and added that they are ready to work as quickly as possible to achieve the result.

"Ukraine never wanted this war and will do everything to end it with a decent peace. Ukraine will never be an obstacle to peace, and representatives of the Ukrainian state will defend the just interests of the Ukrainian people and the foundations of European security," the statement said.

In addition, Zelenskyy himself has already published Decree No. 854/2025, which indicates which of the high-ranking officials are part of the delegation.

It is noted that a delegation has been formed to participate in the negotiation process with the United States and other international partners of Ukraine, as well as with representatives of the russian federation to achieve a just and sustainable peace, which includes

According to the decree, the head of the delegation is allowed to make changes to the composition of the Ukrainian delegation in agreement with Zelenskyy; to involve employees of state bodies, enterprises, institutions, organizations (in agreement with their heads), scientific advisers, experts (by agreement) in the work of the delegation.

In addition, Zelenskyy instructed the Cabinet of Ministers to financially support the work of the delegation.

Meanwhile, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Rustem Umerov has already announced that consultations will begin these days in Switzerland.

"We are starting consultations between high-ranking officials of Ukraine and the United States on possible parameters of a future peace agreement. Ukraine is approaching this process with a clear understanding of its interests. This is the next stage of the dialogue that has been going on in recent days and which is primarily aimed at agreeing on a vision of further steps," he elaborated.
