SPF announces competition for election of 3 independent members of Supervisory Board of Centrenergo
The State Property Fund (SPFU) has announced a competition for the election of three independent members of the Supervisory Board of PJSC Centrenergo.
This is said in the message of the SPF, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
"We invite experts who want to implement their experience at a strategically important enterprise and contribute to improving the efficiency of the energy sector to strengthen Ukraine's energy security," the statement said.
Requirements for candidates:
- higher education and necessary professional knowledge and skills;
- work experience of 5 years or more;
- fluency in the state language.
To participate in the competition, you must submit:

a resume in any form;

a questionnaire of the established sample;

a scanned copy of your passport and a taxpayer registration card registration number;

written consent to the processing of personal data (in case of submitting documents by e-mail);

a statement of compliance with the criteria for the independence of a member of the Supervisory Board;

a motivation letter.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on November 8, as a result of a night attack by russian troops, all of Centrenergo's thermal power plants stopped operating and are not generating electricity.
The Cabinet of Ministers shared a forecast for the restoration of Centrenergo TPPs destroyed by shelling.
Centrenergo includes 3 TPPs: Vuhlehirska (Donetsk Region), Zmiivska (Kharkiv Region) and Trypilska (Kyiv Region), with a total design capacity of 7,660 MW.
78.289% of the company's shares are owned by the state represented by the State Property Fund.
