Krupa's electronic bracelet removed, she allowed to meet with Khmelnytskyi MSEC staff

The electronic bracelet was removed from the ex-head of the Khmelnytskyi Medical and Social Expert Commission Tetiana Krupa and she was allowed to leave Khmelnytskyi.

This is evidenced by data from the court registry, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

The High Anti-Corruption Court partially granted the prosecutor's request to extend Krupa's restrictions and preventive measures.

Krupa was obliged not to leave the Khmelnytskyi and Ternopil Regions without the permission of the investigator, prosecutor or court; to notify the investigator, prosecutor or court of any change of residence; to hand over to the authorized body her passport for traveling abroad, other documents entitling her to leave and enter Ukraine, except for the passport of a citizen of Ukraine.

Thus, Krupa was returned her Ukrainian passport and her electronic bracelet was removed. In addition, she was allowed to travel from the Khmelnytskyi Region to the Ternopil Region, where her mother lives. The restrictions are valid until December 29.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the former head of the Khmelnytskyi MSEC, Tetiana Krupa was banned from communicating with current and former MSEC employees and persons who applied for a medical and social examination. The HACC changed the measure of restraint for the former head of the Khmelnytskyi MSEC, Tetiana Krupa, from arrest to bail of UAH 20 million. Krupa was bailed out for UAH 20 million.
