The global outage occurred on November 18 at around 2 p.m.: Cloudflare reported a "deterioration in service performance." Several major platforms became inaccessible due to the outage, including social network X (formerly Twitter), OpenAI, and the website of the video game League of Legends. The Ukrainian News website was also down.
At around 3 p.m., the company identified the cause of the problem and began to fix it.
